Certification
Programs
The Magnetic Resonance Imaging
(MRI)program is one of the most
rapidly developing diagnostic imaging modalities. The MRI program is a
1570-hour program comprised of two modules and an externship. The first two
modules are taken on site and include the study of human anatomy and
physiology.
The Diagnostic Medical
Sonography(Ultrasound)
Diagnostic Medical Sonography, or
ultrasound, uses high frequency sound waves to create visual images of
internal structures in the body for medical diagnosis. Sonography is used
to examine many different areas of the body without making incisions or
injecting radioactive material into a patient.
The 2-month Phlebotomy TechnicianProgram is
designed to teach clinical and research laboratory procedures and
techniques integrated with the principals of Life Sciences. Laboratory
tests play an important role in the detection, diagnosis, and treatment of
many diseases.
Medical Laboratory TechnicianProgram is designed to teach

fundimental medical knowleges are taught. pre requisite course works are
required: A nationwide shortage of imagning tech workers is expected to
continue through at least 2010.
Bachelor of Science in
Health-Care Management
Students who have an associate
degree or significant transfer credit in a health science field and wish to
pursue an individualized health science program can draw from a broad base
of coursework to complete a B.S. in allied health studies.To qualify for
admission, you must meet the requirements.
