 Students
who have an associate degree or significant transfer credit in
a health science field and wish to pursue an individualized health
science program can draw from a broad base of coursework to complete
a B.S. in allied health studies.
To qualify for admission, you must meet the requirements for
general admission to American College of Medical Technology; have
an associate degree in a health science discipline or 60 semester
hours of college credit eligible for transfer, at least 30 of
which are in a health-related discipline with a GPA of 2.0 or
better. Work experience in a health-related field may be assessed
for prior learning credit.

The degree program includes general education requirements as
well as an 84-credit-hour career concentration that combines health
science associate degree and upper-level coursework
